REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the state you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of non-receipt of the product please indicate the order number, your name, first name and address at first we will check your eligibility for reimbursement via our order information and if it is the case we will contact you as soon as possible so to refund your order.

Some items that can not be returned:
* Gift cards

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if any)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 70 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
